STEAMED PINK PERCH

Ingredients:

  1. Pink Perch – 1 no.
  2. Ginger – 1”
  3. Green onion – ¼ bunch
  4. Olive oil – 1 tb
  5. Soya sauce – 1 tb
  6. Chicken stock – ¼ cup
  7. Corn starch – ½ tb
  8. Sesame seeds – ½ tb
  9. Salt

Procedure:
1. Slice ginger (1”) and green onions (1/4 bunch).

2. In a silver foil add the sliced ginger and green onions with whole fish and steam for 8 minutes.

3. In the meantime heat a Kadai and add olive oil (1 tb) and soya sauce (1 tb). Add chicken stock (1/4 cup), cornstarch (1/2 tb) and sesame seeds (1/2 tb).

4. Pour over the fish while serving.

GRILLED PINK PERCH

Grilled pink perch with cauliflower rice

Ingredients:

  1. Pink Perch – 1 no.
  2. Garlic chopped – 2 tb
  3. Chopped onion – 1 no.
  4. Soya sauce – 1 tb
  5. Black pepper – 1 tb
  6. Salt

Procedure:
1. Take a foil and put the whole pink Perch fish

2. Next add the chopped garlic (2 tb), chopped onion (1 no.), sesame seeds (1 tb) and soya sauce (1 tb).

3. Season with salt and black pepper (1 tb).

4. Cover the foil and bake in the microwave for 25 minutes.

5. Serve with the sides like grilled vegetables.
