garlic bread and chessy dip


  1. Flour – 3 cups
  2. Olive oil – 1/8 cup
  3. Sugar – ½ tb
  4. Yeast 1 tb
  5. Garlis paste – 1 tb
  6. Salt


In a bowl add water (1 cup), olive oil (1/8 cup), salt (1/2 tb), sugar (1/2 tb) and active yeast (1 tb). Dissolve the mixture and keep for half an hour.

Next add the flour (3 cups) and knead the dough. Cover and keep the dough for 2 hour till it rises.

Next roll the dough and make cuts on the dough. Keep the dough for 1 hour like that.

Please the flattened dough in microwave and bake for 20 minutes while brushing it with garlic paste and olive oil.

The bread will rises up and you will get soft and fluffy bread.

Serve with side dish.



Mangsher ghugni and bhatura


  1. Flour / Maida – 4 cups
  2. Sugar – 1 tb
  3. Yeast – 1 tb
  4. Ajwain / Carom seeds – ½ tb
  5. Yogurt – 8 tb
  6. Oil for deep frying
  7. Salt


In a bowl add warm water (1/2 cup), sugar (1 tb) and yeast (1 tb). Let it sit for 10 minutes.

Sieve flour (4 cup) and add salt, ajwain / carom seeds (1/2 tb) and the activated yeast water.

Knead the dough while adding yogurt (8 tb) and keep aside for 2 hour while covering the dough with a cloth.

Make balls out of the dough and again cover the dough balls and keep for 2 hours.

Roll the dough balls in puris and deep fry in oil.

Serve hot with chole or Mangsher ghughni or aloor dum.
