Chicken stuffed cabbage


  1. Minced Chicken – 100 gm
  2. Onion – 1/2 no.
  3. Garlic – 10 no.
  4. Ginger – 1”
  5. Mushroom – 4 no.
  6. Green chillies – 2 no.
  7. Cabbage – 1 no.
  8. Spring onion – 1 small bunch
  9. Salt


Boil the cabbage for 5 minutes. Cool and peel the cabbage leaves carefully without tearing them off.

Fill the cabbage leaves with the minced chicken filling and tie with spring onion.

Steam the cabbage parcel for 10 minutes in a steamer and serve hot with sauce.

For Chicken filling – Heat kadai. Add oil (2 tb). Then add chopped onion (1/2 no.), chopped garlic (10), chopped ginger (1”). Fry for 2 minutes and then add salt and mushroom (4 no.). Add the minced chicken (100 gm). Fry till the oil comes out and then add the green chillies (2). Cool the mixture.
