KURSI MIYANE / CHICKEN STUFFED EGG

Ingredients:

  1. Egg – 4 no.
  2. Oil – 2 tb
  3. Chopped onion – ½ no.
  4. Garlic – 10 no.
  5. Ginger – 1”
  6. Turmeric powder – ½ tb
  7. Chicken – 100 gm
  8. Green chillies – 2 no.
  9. Flour – 4 tb
  10. Red chilli powder – 1 tb
  11. Egg white – 1 egg
  12. Salt

Procedure:

For Chicken filling – Heat kadai. Add oil (2 tb). Then add chopped onion (1/2), chopped garlic (10), chopped ginger (1”). Fry for 2 minutes and then add salt and turmeric powder (1/2 tb). Add the minced chicken (100 gm). Fry till the oil comes out and then add the green chillies (2). Cool the mixture.

Make batter – Flour (4 tb) with red chilli powder (1 tb), salt and egg white (1 egg).

Hard boil eggs (4 no.). Cool and split lengthwise. Take out the yolks and fill it with the chicken filling.

Roll the eggs on the batter and fry for few minutes.

Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
