- Olive oil
- Chicken chunks
- Onion – 1 no.
- Garlic cloves – 1 no.
- Black peppercorn
- Carrot – 2 no.
- Chicken stock – ½ ltr
- Orange juice – 1 cup
- Ginger juice – 1 tb
- Pepper powder – ½ tb
Heat olive oil. Add chicken chunks and fry. Take out the chicken chunks.
In the same oil add chopped onion (1 no.), garlic (1 clove), salt and crushed black peppercorn.
Add carrot (2 no.) and chicken stock (1/2 ltr).
Boil the mixture and cool and blend in paste.
In a bowl add orange juice (1 cup), ginger juice (1 tb), pepper powder (1/2 tb) and extra virgin olive oil (1 tb). Serve with the fried chicken chunks.
