BESAN KUNDRU KI SABZI

Ingredients:

  1. Kundru/Ivy gourd – 400 gm
  2. Oil – 2 tb
  3. Cumin seeds – 1 tb
  4. Hing
  5. Coriander powder – 1 tb
  6. Cumin powder – 1 tb
  7. Red chilli powder – 1 tb
  8. Besan – 1 tb
  9. Salt

Procedure:

Heat kadai. Add oil (2 tb) and cumin seeds (1 tb). Let the cumin seeds crackle. Add a pinch of hing.

Next add the chopped kundru (400 gm) and fry for 5 minutes.

Now add coriander powder (1 tb), cumin powder (1 tb), red chilli powder (1 tb) and fry for 5 more minutes.

Sprinkle besan (1 tb) and cook for 5 minutes.

Serve hot with chappati.
