Ingredients:

  1. Chicken – ½ kg
  2. Onion juice – 1 tb
  3. Ginger juice – 1 tb
  4. Garlic juice – 1 tb
  5. Curd – 2 tb
  6. Gondhoraj lemon juice – 3 tb
  7. Coriander powder – 1 tb
  8. Green Chilli paste – 3 tb
  9. Mustard oil – 5 tb
  10. Cardamom – 4 no.
  11. Salt

Procedure:

  1. Marinate chicken (1/2 kg) with onion juice (1 tb), Ginger juice (1 tb) and garlic juice (1 tb).
  2. Add curd (2 tb) and Gondhoraj Lemon juice (1 tb).
  3. Add salt, coriander powder (1 tb), green Chilli paste (1 tb) and mustard oil (1 tb).
  4. Heat Mustard oil (4 tb).
  5. Add crushed Illaichi (4) and marinated chicken.
  6. Fry for 5 minutes and then add marinate and fry for 10 more minutes.
  7. Add water (1 cup) and cook for 10 minutes.
  8. Switch off the flame and add lemon juice (2 tb), Lemon leaves (2) and green Chili paste (2 tb).
  9. Serve hot with rice.
