Chicken handi kabab curry

Ingredients:

  1. Chicken – ½ kg
  2. Khuskhus – 1 tb
  3. Kaju – 1 tb
  4. Charmagoj – 1 tb
  5. Ginger paste – 1 tb
  6. Garlic paste – 1 tb
  7. Garam Masala – ½ tb
  8. Red Chilli powder – 1 tb
  9. Rose water – 2 tb
  10. Meetha Attar – 2 drops
  11. Saffron – A pinch
  12. Hot milk – ½ cip)
  13. Kewra water – 2 tb
  14. Ghee – 2 tb
  15. Salt

Procedure:
Make paste of Posto (1 tb), Kaju (1 tb) and charmagoj (1 tb).

Marinate chicken (1/2 kg) with ginger paste (1 tb), garlic paste (1 tb).

Add salt, Garam Masala (1/2 tb), red chilli powder (1 tb), Kaju paste.

Then add rose water (2 tb), Meetha Attar (2 drops), saffron (a pinch mixed with hot cup of milk), kewra water (2 tb) and ghee (2 tb).

Heat oil. Add the marinated chicken and cook till the oil separates from the sides.

Serve hot with rice or Chappati.
