  1. Chicken – 100 gm
  2. Soya sauce – 4 tb
  3. Carrit – 1 no.
  4. Cabbage – ½ cup
  5. Capsicum(1/2 no.)
  6. Vermicelli – 50 gm
  7. Salt


Marinate chicken (100 gm) with soya sauce (1 tb). Boil water, salt and chicken for 10 minutes. Then shred the chicken.

Heat Kadai. Add oil, julienned carrot (1 no.), cabbage (1/2 cup), capsicum (1/2 no.)and vermicelli (50 gm).

Add left out water from chicken and chicken. Boil till all water evaporates.

Serve hot.
