Chicken Stuffed onion

Ingredients:

  1. Chicken – 100 gm
  2. Chopped onion – ½ no.
  3. Chopped garlic – 10 no.
  4. Chopped ginger – 1”
  5. Turmeric powder – ½ tb
  6. Green chillies – 2 no.
  7. Onion – 3 no.
  8. Salt

Procedure:

  1. Chicken filling – Heat kadai. Add oil (2 tb). Then add chopped onion (1/2), chopped garlic (10), chopped ginger (1”). Fry for 2 minutes and then add salt and turmeric powder (1/2 tb). Add the minced chicken (100 gm). Fry till the oil comes out and then add the green chillies (2). Cool the mixture.
  2. Boil onion for 2 minutes and then cool them. Take out the onion rings carefully. Then brush the onion with butter and salt.
  3. Preheat the oven.
  4. Grease the baking tray with butter.
  5. Stuff the chicken filling into the onions.
  6. Grill the onion for 10 minutes at high temperature.
  7. Serve hot as starter or with chapatti.
