BALOCHI CHICKEN KADAI

Balochi chicken kadhai

Ingredients:

  1. Chicken – ½ kg
  2. Ginger paste – 1 tb
  3. Garlic paste – 1 tb
  4. Tomtato – 4 no.
  5. Black pepper powder – 1 tb
  6. Cumin powder – 1 tb
  7. Garam Masala – ½ tb
  8. Ginger – 1”
  9. Green chilli – 2 no.
  10. Lemon juice – 2 tb
  11. Salt

Procedure:

Marinate chicken (1/2 kg) with ginger paste (1 tb), garlic paste (1 tb).

Heat Kadai. Add oil and add the marinated chicken. Fry for 5 minutes.

Add tomato paste (4 no.), black pepper powder (1 tb), cumin powder (1 tb) and garam masala (1/2 tb). Fry till the oil gets separated from sides. Add water (1/2 cup) and boil for 5 minutes.

For tempering heat a kadai. Add mustard oil (2 tb), julienned ginger (2 tb), green chilli (2 no.) and lemon juice (2 tb).

Serve hot with chappati or rice.
