KALMI SAAG BHAJA

Kalmi saag bhaja

Ingredients:

  1. Mustard oil – 2 tb
  2. Dry red chilli – 2 no.
  3. Chopped onion – 1 no.
  4. Chopped garlic – 1 tb
  5. Kalmi saag – 1 bunch
  6. Tuermeric powder – ½ tb
  7. Salt

Procedure:
1. Heat mustard oil (2 tb). Add dry red chilli (2 no.) and chopped onion (1 no.)

2. Next add chopped garlic (1 tb), kalmi saag (1 bunch), salt and turmeric powder (1/2 tb).

3. Cover and for few minutes till the leaves are done. Serve hot with rice.
