FILIPINO CHICKEN CURRY

Fillipino chicken curry

Ingredients:

  1. Chicken – ½ kg
  2. Soya sauce – ¼ cup
  3. Pepper powder – ½ tb
  4. Garlic – 1 tb
  5. Bay leaf – 1 no.
  6. Oil – 2 tb
  7. Scallions
  8. Salt

Procedure:

1. Marinate chicken (1/2 kg) with vinegar (1/2 cup), soya sauce (1/4 cup), pepper powder (1/2 tb), garlic minced (1 tb), bay leaf (1).

2. Heat a kadai and add oil.

3. Add the marinated chicken and fry for 10 minute. Add water (1/2 cup) and boil for 5 minutes.

4. Switch off the flame and serve with scallions.
