Chicken rice soup

Ingredients:

  1. Oil – 2 tb
  2. Chicken – 100 gm
  3. Celery – 3 stalks
  4. Carrot – 5 no
  5. Pepper – 1 tb
  6. Rice – ¼ cup
  7. Tomato paste – 1 tb
  8. Chopped tomato – 1
  9. Chopped Carrot – ½ cup
  10. Green peas (1/2 cup)

Procedure:

  1. Boil boneless chicken (100 gm) with water. Add celery (3 stalks) and carrot (5) with salt and pepper (1t).
  2. Boil rice (1/4 cup) with water. Add tomato paste (1 tb) and chopped tomato (1). Cool and puree in the food processor.
  3. Add Peas (1 cup), chopped carrot (1/2 cup) and boil for 5 minutes.
  4. Serve hot.
