Kacha lanka murgi

Ingredients:

  1. Oil – 2 tb
  2. Onion paste – 1 no.
  3. Bay leaf – 1 no.
  4. Cardamom – 2 no.
  5. Chicken – 300 gm
  6. Ginger – 2 tb
  7. Turmeric – 1 tb
  8. Green chilli paste – 2 tb
  9. Green chillies – 2 no.

Procedure:

  1. Heat oil in a pan.
  2. Add onion paste (1), bay leaf (1), cardamom crushed (2) and chicken (300 gm).
  3. Fry for 10 minutes.
  4. Add Ginger (2 tb), Turmeric (1 tb) and fry for 5 minutes.
  5. Add green chilli paste (2tb) and fry for 2 minutes.
  6. Add slit green chilli and switch off the flame.
  7. Cover the curry for half an hour before serving.
  8. Serve with Roti or chapatti
