Ingredients:

  1. Chicken – 1 kg
  2. Lemon juice – 1 tb
  3. Black pepper – 2 tb
  4. Onion paste – 1 tb
  5. Garlic paste – 1 tb
  6. Green chillies – 5 no.
  7. Lemon leaves – 4 no.

Procedure:

  1. Marinate Chicken (1 kg) with lemon juice (1 tb), salt and black pepper (2 tb).
  2. Heat oil in a pan.
  3. Add Onion paste (1 tb), Garlic paste (1 tb) and fry for 2 minutes.
  4. Add marinated Chicken and fry for 10 minutes.
  5. Add water and cover on low flame for 10 minutes.
  6. Before switching off the Gas add slitted green chillies (5) and julienned lemon leave (4).
  7. Serve with Rice or Roti.
